Verici lies on the upper side of the famous spa of Sestri Levant. From the terrace of the Casa Polcevera 2 you can enjoy the splendid view of the sea over the Baia Del Silenzios and the Baia Del Favoles in peace and quiet. The newly built attractive stone house offers ample room for up to eight people, and comprises a spacious kitchen / living-room with a double bed and additional sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. A generously sized double bedroom, as well as another sofa bed and second bathroom and shower are to be found on the second floor, and from here you can enjoy the great views of the sea from the small balcony.

Sestri Levante is located between Portofino and Levanto on the Riviera di Levante. This coastal town has two different faces. On one side we see the wonderful house facades with the old portals and small shops as well as the gorgeous bays of “Baia del Silenzio” (Bay of Silence) and “Baia della Favole” (Bay of Fairy-Tales, named in honor of Hans-Christian Andersen).


On the other side Sestri Levante is a major industry and trade center, which gave it economic prosperity in the 19th century which still holds strong today.
