Verici lies on the upper side of the famous spa of Sestri Levant. From the terrace of the Casa Polcevera 2 you can enjoy the fascinating view of the sea over the Baia Del Silenzios and the Baia Del Favoles in peace. The newly built stone house offers enough room for up to 8 people. There is a big kitchen-cum-living-room with a double bed and a sleeping sofa as well as a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. A spacious bedroom with double bed as well as another sleeping sofa and another bathroom with a shower are to be found on the 2nd floor. Here too you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea on the small balcony.

Sestri Levante is located between Portofino and Levanto on the Riviera di Levante. This coastal town has two different faces. On one side we see the wonderful house facades with the old portals and small shops as well as the gorgeous bays of “Baia del Silenzio” (Bay of Silence) and “Baia della Favole” (Bay of Fairy-Tales, named in honor of Hans-Christian Andersen). On the other side Sestri Levante is a major industry and trade center, which gave it economic prosperity in the 19th century which still holds strong today.
