Casa Perelli is located in a small quiet residential area with a shared garden and a playground as well as public parking lots, in Caramagna – a district of Imperia Porto Maurizio. Because of the good location you can walk to the sea, go shopping or go out to eat deliciously in approx. 20 min. On Mondays and Thursdays the popular weekly market takes place in the old town district near the cathedral, which you can also reach comfortably on foot. In addition, the old town district beckons temptingly for romantic walks, e.g. on the Paraiso with a wonderful view of the sea. The vacation apartment offers room for up to 2 people and has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an American kitchen and a dishwasher, as well as a separate dining area and a bathroom with a shower. You can comfortably enjoy a good glass of wine with a partner on one of the two terraces in the evening. |

Imperia is the fourth largest town in Liguria. It became a municipality in 1923 as a consequence of the union of Oneglia and Porto Maurizio, two towns on the Western Riviera divided by the mouth of the River Impero. The two nuclei remain distinct despite the administrative merger and extensive property development. Porto Maurizio was an ally of Genoa from the thirteenth century onwards, while Oneglia, the natural sea outlet of the Impero Valley, was allied with the House of Savoy from 1576. Oneglia's origins as a town date back to mediaeval times. Worth visiting are Palazzo Doria (now completely transformed), which was the birthplace of Andrea Doria, and the church of San Giovanni Battista. Porto Maurizio, which stands on a promontory, began to develop after 1000 AD: the oldest district is called Parasio. The cathedral and the historic buildings are well worth visiting. ![]() |
