The Appartamento Belfiore nestles on the outskirts of the beautiful old town of Imperia in the Garbella district. The holiday apartment, furnished in contemporary style, is conveniently located in a residential facility with a swimming-pool, and is just few minutes by foot from the sea. It offers ample room for up to three people and comprises a double bedroom, spacious kitchen / living-room and a bathroom with a shower. There is helpful car parking space in the underground car park. You can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, or if you prefer, do a couple of refreshing rounds in the swimming-pool just a few meters away. You can also reach the beach, the shops and the fine restaurants in just a few minutes by foot.

Imperia is the fourth largest town in Liguria. It became a municipality in 1923 as a consequence of the union of Oneglia and Porto Maurizio, two towns on the Western Riviera divided by the mouth of the River Impero. The two nuclei remain distinct despite the administrative merger and extensive property development. Porto Maurizio was an ally of Genoa from the thirteenth century onwards, while Oneglia, the natural sea outlet of the Impero Valley, was allied with the House of Savoy from 1576. Oneglia's origins as a town date back to mediaeval times. Worth visiting are Palazzo Doria (now completely transformed), which was the birthplace of Andrea Doria, and the church of San Giovanni Battista. Porto Maurizio, which stands on a promontory, began to develop after 1000 AD: the oldest district is called Parasio. The cathedral and the historic buildings are well worth visiting.

Ich würde vorschlagen zwei richtige Betdecken zu postieren, da die dortige eine solche Übergröße hat, wie wohl keiner Bettwäsche zu Hause im Schrank ist. Ausserdem ist es auch keine richtige Bettdecke. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. In Sanremo gibt es tolle Strände. Der Strand in Imperia ist ja ein Kieselstrand und wer eher Sand mag (mit teilweise kleinen Steinen) ist in Sanremo besser aufgehoben. Zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria "Portegodema" an der Hafenpromenade in der Innenstadt von Imperia. Sehr gutes Essen und interessantes, empfehlenswertes System. Wie wir Ihrer Kollegin bereits vor Ort mitteilten, war die Armeisenplage in der Wohnung nicht sehr angenehm. Es gab zum Teil richtige Armeisen-Straßen und man fand sie sogar am Morgen im Bett, in den Schränken...einfach überall. Nachdem wir ein Mittel gegen Armeisen kauften, wurde es besser. Die Wohnung befand sich bei unserem Einzug in einen ordentlichen und zunächst sauberen Zustand. Doch ehrlich gesagt haben wir beim zweiten Blick angezweifelt, dass diese Tatsächlich einer richtige Endreinigung unterzogen wurde. Der Boden war sehr schmutzig. Das merkte man beim Barfuß laufen. Wir hatten alle schwarze, verstaubte Füße. Auch den Kühlschrank habe ich vor der Benutzung ausgewaschen.

Un vrai four, un petit congélateur, un climatiseur, plus de chaînes sur la télévision. Visiter également Gênes, et y aller en train, la pizzeria de l'autre côté de la voie ferrée, le marché d'Impéria, sympathiser avec les maîtres nageurs qui donnent des bons conseils!

Il manque un peu de vaiselle (casserolles) et une prise adaptée pour la TV pour éviter les fils en travers de la pièce. Pour le reste tout était bien. Merci pout tout. Nous reviendrons en Italie de toute façon sur un autre site pour découvrir d'autres lieux.

evtl. geschirrspüler (kleiner) wäre schön; wir fänden dies besser wie eine waschmaschine... aber sonst haben wir uns ganz wohl gefühlt!! die anmerkungen zum haus sind keineswegs kritik; eher anregungen! das appartement war eigentlich ganz komfortabel. ihre homepage haben wir im familien- und bekanntenkreis schon weitergegeben, da die betreuung/service wirklich hervorragend ist!! kompliment an die orga und gestaltung der internet-seiten (anfahrt, sehenswürdigkeiten, etc.) war sehr beeindruckend!!

Das Objekt war sehr gut ausgestattet, aber eine Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine wären nicht schlecht, Ausflüge: Triora, die mittelalterliche Stadt in der die Hexenverfolgung Thema ist, Danke wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
