“Festival della canzone italiana” - San Remo Festival The famous music festival of San Remo has taken place since 1951. Lots of important Italian singers, like Andrea Bocelli, Giorgia, Mietta, Laura Pausini and Eros Ramazzotti, have achieved fame through this music festival.

San Benedetto Medieval Festival Historical reenactments, processions and a medieval market will take you back to the year 1625. Happily, the city was spared from the war between Savoy and Taggia, which is why the population of Taggia built a church in honour of the Bishop of Albenga, San Benedetto, who was originally from Taggia and vowed to hold a celebratory festival regularly. The historical events are reenacted and will be followed by a parade through the city of Taggia.
