Permanent Exibition "La civiltà dell'olivo"


Description

Inside the ancient oil mill is the permanent exibition of "La civiltà dell'olivo", which is presented by the Antico Frantoio Sommaria. A number of machines, utensils and other objects used over the centuries show how olive tree cultivation and the production of its oil has improved. Entrance is free and there is also free tasting of local products. Opening hours: Mon till Sat, 8.30 - 12.00 a.m. and 3.30 - 7.00 p.m.
