Are you a passionate winter sportsman? Then you are exactly in the right place. Liguria has something to offer you not only in summer; winter sports enthusiasts also get their money’s worth. With the three skiing areas listed below, we have compiled an interesting selection for you. There is something for every taste, ranging from the simple blue piste with no more than 25% lengthwise and crosswise descents - which also bears the title "ski autobahn", to the moderately difficult red piste with a lengthwise and crosswise descent of not more than 40%, up to the black piste for experienced skiers which has a lengthwise and crosswise descent of more than 40%.



Monesi di Triora:

The skiing area of Monesi di Triora is located above the famous witch village of Triora. The valley station is at an altitude of 1380 metres and is therefore 780 metres higher than the 2160 metre station.

General information:

Pistes: 3 blue ones, 5 red ones

Lifts: 2 Ski tows

Total length of the pistes: 15 km

TIP: From Imperia a shuttle bus always travels from Piazza Dante to Monesi di Triora on Sundays during the winter months.



Limone (Piemonte):

The enchanting skiing area of Limone is located on the French border along and above Monesi Triora. With a total piste length of 80 km you can really fulfil your skiing passion. The village is at an altitude of 1009 meters. The valley station, located at an altitude of 1,050 metres, is 1,000 metres higher than our other one.

Pistes: 6 blue ones, 31 red ones, 5 black ones

Lifts: 4 Ski tows, 1 gondola lifts, 11 chair lifts

Total length of the pistes: 80 km



Alba- Ciampac ( Piemonte):

The famous Alba-Ciampac skiing area is located to the south of Turin. It not only offers fun for skiers; even snowboard enthusiasts can get their money’s worth here in the snowboard park. The valley station is located at an altitude of 1,502 meters - 939 metres higher than the other.
