You can do kite-surfing and wind-surfing at the Ligurian coast during spring and also in winter, thanks to good wind conditions. You will find many surfing points especially in the area around Imperia, e.g. in Oneglia or also at the Spiaggia d' Oro in Porto Maurizio.
Up to 300 sunny days. Liguria has mild climate throughout the year, with low precipitation. The Riviera of Flowers is the region with the most days of annual sunshine.
