RIVIERA VENTO is a charter and sailing school based in Marina di Andora and San Lorenzo al Mare, on the Ligurian sea.
You can chart a yacht on one of the most beautiful coastlines in Europe with or without a skipper.
Day, weekend and weekly charters available.
Please note that we are happy to sail with families & children (please contact us in advance for the necessary safety arrangements)

Day Trips
Check-In: any day at 9.00 am
Check-Out: same day at 6:00 pm
We start at 9 am at the harbour of Andora where we put up our sails and head northeast along the coast, past Laigueglia and Alassio to Galinara island, which is about 1.5 nautical miles offshore of Albenga.
We will slowly circle the romantic little island, which is also a nature preservation, and do some birdwatching as well as nature. There we will anchor in about 10 meter deep crystal clear water. Here we will have time for a fun swimming break before our lunch picnic. Afterwards we will cruise west along the coast, and with a bit of luck see some dolphins and/or other marine life, and then we will be back at around 5 pm.

Upon request we can provide a “full inclusive” package, in which you can just relax while our crew cooks on board for you tasty Italian recipes.
Weekend Charters
Check-In: Thursday: starting at 5:00 pm
Check-Out: Sunday: 5:00 pm
Arrival and check-in takes place on Thursday where we will discuss the plans, safety on board, etc.
Depending on your preferences and the desidered destination, you can board in Andora or Sanremo (more convenient to reach Nice).
The adventure begins after breakfast on Friday. Depending on the wind and weather, we will cruise to the French border along the Ligurian coast with a great view of Ligurian hinterland. Our ultimate destination can be Menton , Villefranche-sur-Mer or Nice.
These magical towns offer everything one's heart could desire, from the colourful harbour to the historical old town district, the many bistros, restaurants with provencal and Italian cuisine, shopping streets and casinos, its all here!
In Villefranche we can even spend the night anchored in the coveted bay, dominated by ancient fortresses and looking on the beautiful park of Cap Ferrat, may be after eating in some of the local fish restaurants.
After the night, its off along the coast to go swimming at the famous Cape Ferrat, or stop in Monaco for a short sightseeing tour.
On Sunday we start our trip back, with plenty of time for swimming and sun batching, and of course to have a drink together sitting in some cafè after arriving at destination (Andora or Sanremo).

Weekly Charters Riviera- Cote d ´Azur (7 Days)

Check-Out: Sunday: 5:00 pm

On Saturday afternoon, after check-in, we check together the supplies, discuss about safety on board and the navigation plans, and have dinner on board.
We will set sail on Sunday after breakfast.
Depending on weather and wind, we can sail along the coastline to the French border which offers spectacular views of the Ligurian hinterland, or head towards Corsica, crossing 80 miles of open sea. In both cases we have good chances of spotting dolphins and, may be, a whale.
In the first case we will stop in the beautiful towns of Nice, Cannes, Saint Raphael, visit the Saint-Tropez gulf, and finally reach the Porquerolles Islands (Provence), a magical natural reserve of crystalline waters surrounded by lavish vegetation, where the time seems to have stopped!
If we go to Corsica, the fishing villages of Macinaggio and Sain-Florent, and the astonishing town of Calvi, dominated by the fortress, will offer to us plenty of opportunities to sightseeing, shopping, relaxing while anchored in silent bays, swimming and so on. And of course we will experience the thrill of the open sea navigation…

You can participate in the sailing or just sit back and relax. All meals can be prepared for you on board or you can dine ashore as part of the exclusive marina life style. Each trip is different and tailored to make your dream come true.
Remember there aren’t any set routes when you sail. Everything depends on the wind and the weather and those determine what you do, either going for a gentle sail to a secluded bay to enjoy swimming, snorkelling, sun and to relax or venturing out on a passage to discover some further-a-field islands and coastline to practice your sailing skills. And, of course, whatever we do will reflect what you enjoy most – after all, it is your holiday.
Charters & Prices
You can book our yacht from 1 day to 1 month. We take up to 6 people on day excursions and up to 4 people for overnight trips. At an extra cost we can provide English, German and Italian language lessons or sailing and diving tuition on board.
On all trips longer than half a day we provide a light lunch and non-alcoholic refreshments on board. On the overnight trips we serve Italian breakfast. Dinners can be provided at an extra cost or taken ashore.
